產(chǎn)品概述I DESCRIPTION

BO22L0101型CNC型等離子圓管切割機(jī)是我公司開發(fā)的管材切割機(jī)。具有結(jié)構(gòu)剛性高、穩(wěn)定性好、切割效率及加工精度高的特點(diǎn)；產(chǎn)品靈活性強(qiáng)、安全、操作方便、能耗低，屬環(huán)保型產(chǎn)品；主要用于圓管材的切割。產(chǎn)品整體布局緊湊、合理，占地面積小。整機(jī)由切割單元、原材料儲(chǔ)存區(qū)、自動(dòng)上料機(jī)構(gòu)、送料機(jī)構(gòu)、成品工件自動(dòng)出料機(jī)構(gòu)及存放區(qū)等組成，實(shí)現(xiàn)可自動(dòng)接收MES系統(tǒng)或上位機(jī)下發(fā)訂單，通過(guò)自動(dòng)送料機(jī)構(gòu)送料，由切制單元對(duì)圓管實(shí)現(xiàn)切斷等熱切割。切割中心采用五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)龍門式桁架結(jié)構(gòu)，割炬姿態(tài)控制采用CNC+TCP形式，實(shí)現(xiàn)提精度，提效率，提升用戶體驗(yàn)；本機(jī)床可根據(jù)用戶的整體需求高度定制化生產(chǎn)。

Inteligent pipe steel cuting device The BD22L0101 CNC plasma circular pipe cutting machine is a pipe cutting machine developed by our company.It has the characteristics of high structural rigidity,good stabilty,high cutting efficiency and machining accuracy;The product has strong flexibility,safety,easy operation,and low energy consumption,making it an environmentally friendly product;Mainly used for cutting circular pipes.The overall layout of the product is compact and

reasonable,with a small footprint.

The entire machine is composed of a cuting unit,a raw material storage area,an automatic feeding mechanism,a feeding mechanism,a finished workpiece automatic discharge mechanism,and a storage area.It can automatically receive orders from the MES system or the upper computer,and feed through the automatic feeding mechanism.The cuting unit can cut off the circular tube and perform thermal cutting.

The cuting center adopts a five axis linkage gantry truss structure,and the cutting torch attitude control adopts the form ofCNC-TCP to improve accuracy,etficiency and user experience;
